Fireworks Update: Volunteers Needed!!
Dear Parents / Carers,
We’ve sold 1384 tickets to our fireworks event which is really exciting however we’re still in need of volunteers or else we CANNOT go ahead with the event for safety reasons.
We would all love to spend the evening with our families but without a small number of selfless volunteers, no one will be able to enjoy the evening!!
By volunteering you will still have the ability to watch the fireworks. Marshalls especially will be able to watch with families. AND we will refund your ticket price!!
General Marshall x 3 – responsibly for a specific area of the site. To ensure attendees are happy & safe and answer any questions.
Fireworks Marshall x 1 – responsible for the barrier between the spectator area and the firework zone. (Get your family front row space to watch with you!!)
Road Marshall x 1 – positioned on Butler Road to welcome attendees and oversee safe parking behaviours.
Stall holders x 4 – refreshments and light up toys.
Plus some set up on the Saturday morning😊
