Friday 6th September – Mrs Phillips 24 hour walk for cancer, Clubs, Local Community

Mrs Phillips

Well done to Mrs Phillips who completed a 24 hour walk for cancer at the end of the July term. She walked the entire time on her own and did it to raise money for Cancer Research. Clubs

Fee paying clubs are now beginning to advertise their dates and times for clubs running this term:

• Elibah School of Dance will be running before school on Wednesday mornings starting 11^th September.
• Ketsy’s Young Magicians will be running at lunchtimes on a Wednesday from 11^th September.
• Little Musketeers Fencing Club will be after school from Friday 13^th September.
• AceStars Tennis is due to start after school on Thursday 19^th September.

Local Community

• Thames Valley Police Force have their annual open day at Sulhamstead on Saturday 7^th September.
• Reading Cycle Festival is a free fun day for all the family happening this weekend on Sunday 8^th September.
• Reading FC vs Crawley Town on Saturday 19^th October – discounts available for selected seats.
